In my point of view weather this news is good for IT Businessmen but in social and politically aspect there should be some bounden duty like this will create economical balance and also lead to unfair relationship between government and businessmen.

If we take businessmen, every businessman wants to earn more, save more, invest more so that he and his business get maximum leverage. Here Government should utilize Information Technology by making comprehensive and explicitly care policy.
